Regarding lastcomm

Hi All,

I am working on Linux .Man page does not provide following information about lastcomm:

1. the seconds shown such as 0.01 or 0.00 or 0.02 what is this?
is it CPU time or real time.

How does lastcomm in linux similar to acctcom in unix?

Thanks & Regads
JP
