Redriecting ports (Debian 3.1)

I got a server, hosted in NL kindly hosted by a friend, and I installed vnc on it, VNC is all setup on it all fine, my friend says its ok to install vnc, but the trouble is I told him to open port 5900 which is windows vnc but I needed port 5091 opened how could I redirect the local port 5901 to 5900 which I know is open I got kernel 2.4 install with shorewall and iptables whats the best way to do this?

Thanks
