Question redhat Questions Pro., Personal


Hi all, what its the difference between redhat Professional and Personal, if i download redhat the 3 Cd's can i choose the personal or the professional install

The diff is what comes with the services..... prof. you get more support from RH, I think they are the same though..... if not, you can always get any package from the web....

both packages differ in that the amout of support that comes with it.

I got the personal box *because I wanted the sticker so sue me" for 40 bucks and it comes with 6 months of the Red Hat Network witch I am about to tackle/ explore after I have compleated installing and getting ut 2003 to work.

so it is the amout of support on the red hat net work that you get between personal and pro.

In mandrake I know they set up more programs and things like winex (in gaming edition) for you. So it can be a good deal depending on who you are.
