redhat or mandrake

What would people prefer more redhat or mandrake, right know I run redhat but I have lots of problems, I can't get wireless WPC11 to work, or laptop battery to work with it.. :-/

Just try them all until you find one that works. Distros vary somewhat, esp in terms of hardware support.

Well I am woundering because I run redhat 8 now on my toshiba 1905-s301 laptop and I cannot get Linksys Wireless WPC11 card to work in linux nor my battery.. And I am woundering if Mandrake 9 will auto config it for me...
