Exclamation Redhat Linux 7.3 Boot up issue

We have a Redhat 7.3 Linux set up as Webserver, the server is connected to a San (XioTech), is connected via raid 10, we use grub as the bootloader, it was working fine until last week when it went down, we tried to bring it back up but it took around 2 hrs to come up, it takes a long time to bypass every single field in the boot up process, we suspect is the San the one causing the problem. I'm new to Linux when I get to these kind of problems. If anybody can tell what could be causing the problem, I would really appreciate it.

Thank you.

You should take a look at your log files. They are located in the /var/log/ directory.
To be more specific, look at /var/log/messages and /var/log/boot.log

In order to bypass all the services at boot time, you will need to boot in Single-User mode.
Take a look at this document.
