redhat 9 issues

When i install redhat 9 from the cd as soon as it boots it loads the ohci1394 driver then goes to the check media section and then that is it the computer hangs. I took the cds to my friends house and installed it no problem. I have installed redhat a week ago with downloaded isos and installed no problems. But for some reason these cds wont work on this computer but they will at my friends.

WHY WONT THIS INSTALL WORK...

Try disabling the firewire in BIOS if you
don't have any crucial devices attached
to it?

Cheers,
