RedHat 8.1 Phoebe & StarOffice 6.0

Has anyone tried to install StarOffice 6.0 with RedHat 8.0.92 beta?

I have never had problems installing StarOffice with RH8.0, Mandrake, SuSE but the installation is not working with RH8.0.92. There are problems when executing the .bin file. When I did finally install the bin, the application does not boot. Anyone else experienced this?

Sorry this doesn't answer your question but I've been reading the phoebe mailing list and there seems to be myriad bugs with the beta.

I was wondering though, have you seen a package list for phoebe? I would really like to check it out.

Guess you'll find it on www.distrowatch.com, or a quick look at the RedHat mirrors should have a readme file.

I have just reformatted the RH8.1 beta. There were too many problems. All sorts of things were going wrong!
