Exclamation Redhat 7.2 and system time

I just installed 7.2. I'm dual booting XP and 7.2. When i go into either 7.2 or XP the time is wrong. I rebooted and checked my BIOS time and it was wrong to. I set it to the correct time and rebooted into 7.2. The time was wrong again. Then i rechecked my BIOS time and it was wrong again. what's up with that?

Try setting the time in red hat as root and then see what happens when you reboot.
