Red Hat upgrade openssh

Hi
I have Red Hat virtual machines with Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.3 (Tikanga)
and I need to upgrade the current openssh version :
rpm -qa | grep openssh
openssh-4.3p2-29.el5
openssh-clients-4.3p2-29.el5
openssh-server-4.3p2-29.el5

to the latest openssh version for security reasons .
Can someone give me the full procedure on how to do it ?
Thanks
Shai
