Im currently using Windows XP with an NTFS system, my question is that if I want to Dual Boot Windows and Red Hat with LILO can I use the NTFS system or does LILO support NTFS?

Linux does not support NTFS you are going to have to use something liek partition magic to shrink your current partition then create a linux native partition probably ext3 during the install of redhat.

Actually you shouldn't have any problems with your Windows system using NTFS, its just if you want to mount and read from the Windows partition from within Linux you might run into some problems and currently Linux can only read-only NTFS.
Lilo doesn't necessarily need to support a filesystem as its only a boot loader. But I have one dual boot, Windows2k with NTFS and have no problems using Lilo to boot to it.

Dual booting can be done with either the NT or Linux programs. Both have special procedures, but nothing very challenging. The Red Hat Installation Guide (you can get if from their site if you don't have one) has a section on doing it with Grub or LILO. A search with Google for "Dual Boot Linux NT" will probably bring up several sites for using the NT program. The one I've found easiest to understand is:
jaeger.morpheus.net/linux/ntldr.php
Also, search this forum for this subject. This question is asked several times per week, often times with a different glitch. A good review of what can go wrong should help you have a smooth install!
Good luck.

Sources, not sure what that is, don't worry about it they're not needed...

Um.. the sources are are the source code used to compile the binaries supplied on the first 3 disks.
Imagine if you got 2 Windows CDs. The first is the 'setup' program with all the applications on it - Explorer, IE, Outlook, Minesweeper etc..
The second disk would contain all the source code for Windows. That is, the program written in C.
say you didn't like the way Minesweeper displays squares. Instead you want triangles. You could go look up the source for minesweeper, edit the program, include your own triangle graphic, compile the program and then have triangles instead of squares..
Should you wish to recompile your kernel (think - rebuild windows to allow you extra functionality, or make it less bloated 'cos say, you don't want support for SCSI disks, or USB cameras) you'll need to install that source code from the other CD's.
Slick.

This is asked all the time, what I would recommend is to install both and see which one you prefer. Most either like KDE or Gnome and actually most of the members here like alternatives like Blackbox, Fluxbox, XFce, Window Maker, Sawfish, Enlightenment... etc..
