Red Hat 9 Remote Graphical Login

Recently, I saw a group of computers (Sun Solaris ones) that used graphical login screens. One of the options to logging in was to log in remotely via a graphical login screen. When I pressed the button for that option, a list of about several dozen computers showed up that can be remote accessed from one of the Sun boxes. Some of the computers included were SGI IRIX, HP UX, IBM AIX, and one that was Red Hat Linux 9.0 (i know it is because on my box I have it so that it boots up to runlevel 5).

My question is: does anyone know how I can set up my box so that I can remote login to my machine through the Sun boxes? If the Sun boxes are located at and my machine is at, and the Sun's graphical login screens allow for the manual input of ip addresses, can anyone tell me what else I need to do other than inputting as the target IP? I have already tried that and got the message stating that the target machine can't be found.

Please help, thanks!
