Question recovery mkfs.ext2 formatted USB-Stick

stupid me - but I have donne following with my 2GB USB Stick

/sbin/mkfs.ext2 /dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/part1
before it was also formatted like above.
Now I would like to know if it is possible to recover the file structure (partiton)?

Have nothing done since that - nothing overwritten after that.

I have already tryed "TestDisk" and it seems that all files are on the Stick - but the tool doesn`t recover the Files by name - so it is fairly impossible to go through 100000 files,...

Would be gr8 if someone could tell me how to retore the Partition that I can get my fiels back
What about the superblock?
