Recover lost files?
 

hi all, please hear me out.
after my system hung up, i checked the filesystem, and repaired the errors. but now, all of a sudden some programs like mozilla and firestarter arent working :(
do you know of any way to recover those files?

fsck put any stray file fragments it found into a directory called lost+found. Look in lost+found for any lost files, rename them and move them where they belong.

thx, it worked like a charm, and it was easy to do as well :)
