Re-installing XP with grub

I'm sure this kinda question has been asked before but looking through the posts i can't find anything that would help so:
I have a duel booting system with Fedora and XP, and i use GRUB as the boot loader. I would like to format my xp partition and re-install xp as it's crap/slow/clogged up and although i would like to get rid of windoze for good, i need it for certain things. The problem is, when i re-install Xp it will write a new MBR and therefore linux will not boot. Not good. How can i get around this? Thanks

If you want: re-install your XP..
And after, re-install your MBR, so i think Grub wasn't installed in the MBR no?

So, with your CD1 of your distro's cds, you have maybe an option to press (like: F1) and it was be Reinstall the bootloader...
