random reboots , torture test?

There is a redhat server here, it randomly reboots, nothing is shown in the logs, anyone got a good idea of how to troubleshoot this? I was thinking of doing a "torture test" with prime95 and cpuburn, but anyone got any tips or advice how can I figure this out?

Is the CPU overheating? That could make your computer die instantly

most likely hardware. First thing to check is if all the fans are actually running, I replaced a power supply fan 2 days ago for a guy with a similar problem, it would run for about 5 minutes, reboot, then reboot every minute or so after that
