Question RAM Memory use

I have 384mb of RAM installed in my computer. When I check the memory usage, it is showing all but 4mb in use. This is under physical memory. The majority of this is in the cache memory area. Is this normal. Just wanted to make sure Im running at prime performance. I know you all can help. Thanks in advance.
