R.H. 7.3 and screen captures

What is the best way to do this? Is there any screen shot functionality in the standard distribution?

There is a GNOME applet called Screen Shooter that you can use and you can laos use the GIMP to get screenshots as well. The applet lets you select your whole desktop or an active window to capture. It's very easy to use and configure. With the GIMP, open the File menu and select Acquire to find the Screen Shot function.
