Quotacheck?

I want to check quota on my box, but it gives me an error message. Any ideas why ?

root@MS sbin]# ./quotacheck /
quotacheck: Can't find filesystem to check or filesystem not mounted with quota option.
[root@MS sbin]# mount /
mount: /dev/hda2 already mounted or / busy
mount: according to mtab, /dev/hda2 is already mounted on /

Thanks

it seems like its saying you dont have quota's enabled on the drive.
i never use quota so im not sure how it works, but that's what it appears to be
saying from what i see.
