Quota and blocks...


I have quota's enable on my server and apears to be working fine. However how big is a block???

Depends on what it's formatted as. Ext2/3fs use multiples of 1024 bytes per block IIRC: 1024, 2048 and 4096. Check with "tune2fs -l|grep ^Block".
