Unhappy Quota

I am using Redhat Linux 7.1 for my mail server.
Now I want to set quota for my users. So I have made entry in my /etc/fstab file for /home partation as

LABEL=/home /home ext2 defaults,usrquota 1 2

now I have cretaed the quota file in /home directory as quota.user and make it accessible only for root as chmod 600 quota.user.

Now when I try to edquota -u test is give me following error

Can't open quota file /home/aquota.user: No such file or directory

I don't know why..
And when I create this file aquota.user it show me following error

# edquota -u test
Can't read quotafile header: No data available

So please help me and also let me know the difference between quota.user & aquota.user.

Thanks..trickykid...

I have already read that document but that documents is using quota 1 files that is quota.user & quota.group and Linux Kernel 2.4 use quota 2 files that is aquota.user & aquota.group.Now after I created the file aquota.user and rebooted my machine everything is working fine. And I am able to set the quota for my users.

But still I am facing a problem. When I want to use HARD Limit and want to define grace period with edquota -t and as soos as I try to save the file.

# edquota -t
Edit grace times for user quota:
Device /dev/hda9 (/home):
Block grace: 5 minutes Inode grace: 5 minutes
~
~
~
~
"/tmp/edqqAqqw8" 3L, 105C written
Can't parse grace time: 5
Do you want to edit file again (y/n)?

I am getting above error,If you have any idea about this please help. And also I want to know is there any good Web-Administration tool for Creating Users & Groups and set there quotas ( except WEBMIN ).
