Thankyou all the tools were extremely helpful
I have found all the hardware i needed

Just a shame these suggestions arent on any of the instructions to compile 2.6.x kernel faqs

i just have a "Kernel Panic - syncing error call init= " problem to address
any one know the common cause for that error?
