Quick Blackbox question

Now, this is very stupid BB question, but i just can't figure it out...
When i Iconize a window in BB, where does the icon go? I can't find it anywhere except right-click>workspace-list>Icons. Don't the iconized apps appear as little icons anywhere?
Thanks in advance, i just can't figure this thing out, while im testing BB cuz i feel a need to change WM, and thanks god, Linux gives you a choice to do that.

As far as i know, iconized apps don't appear as little icons.

But check this patch:
