Question regarding redazz's desktop, or KDE launch button

My question is where do you go to modify your start button so that I can make mine look sweet too. Also, is there a good place to download premade start buttons?

That KDE launch button looks stock to me--are you referring to the graphic surrounding it?

I couldn;t get it working a while ago, then figured i prefer a right click app menu than a button :P
