Question on External Drive Mount Points
I have two external USB hard drives. The system does see both and mounts them at /dev/sdb1 and /dev/sdc1 (Note: these may not be the exact mount points but I'm at work and the system in question is at home). I set up fstab to mimmick the auto mount. DriveA mounted at /dev/sdb1 and DriveB mounted at /dev/sdc1. The next time I restarted the mounts were reversed, that is, DriveA mounted at /dev/sdc1 and DriveB mounted at /dev/sdb1. Is there some way to guarantee that each drive always mounts to a desired mount point?
