PSSST! Last minute help "too many levels?"

make: /usr/sbin/lspci: Command not found
@ @make: /usr/sbin/lspci: Command not found
@ @gcc -M -I/lib/modules/2.4.19-16mdk/build/include au_mixer.c > au_mixer.dep
/lib/modules/2.4.19-16mdk/build/include: Too many levels of symbolic links
make: *** [au_mixer.dep] Error 1

okay dudes i am making progress however i can't find a clear cut answer =\ on how to fix my symbolic link error. i know it has to do with the /usr/src/linux/build being linked (due to my lack of experience probably... actually it certainly is) incorrectly to the lib/modules.. i know what i did wrong but can't fix it...

would i set my enviroment to allow the /usr/sbin/lspci command to be located. it exists in that directory
