Hi, I'm looking for a project manager, but to manage the documentation part, not the code. But with a calendar for tasks, users account and with ability to edit the documentation online.
If it's for both it's ok.
Do you have any idea?

If it's a freely accessable Open Source Software project then SourceForge supports those. They can provide you with a rather complete working environment free of cost. Have a look.
