Program/Frontend: ~/.gtkrc-2.0 icons theme changer?

There is gtk-chtheme but for the icons, what do we have?

I would like a ~/.gtkrc-2.0 icons theme changer?

Code:
I used this in other window managers:

Create ~/.gtkrc-2.0, if it doesn't exist, and add the following text to it:

include "/usr/share/themes/Bluecurve/gtk/gtkrc"

include "/home/USERNAME/.gtkrc.mine"

style "user-font"
{
font_name="Sans Serif 12"
}
widget_class "*" style "user-font"

gtk-icon-theme-name = "Bluecurve"
gtk-theme-name = "Bluecurve"
gtk-font-name = "Sans Serif 12"

This will tell other window managers to use your GTK2 theme settings.

This information is geared toward using the Bluecurve theme, but this information can be helpful for other themes as well.

I modified the file in ~/ manually
you need the two lines it seems:
gtk-icon-theme-name = "OSX"
gtk-theme-name = "OSX"

I run fluxbox
and dont wanna use the gnome-settings-daemon which takes ram

ls ~/.icons tells you what you have as icons
well a frontend for lightweight machines would be cool

Code:
# -- THEME AUTO-WRITTEN DO NOT EDIT
include "/usr/share/themes/Smokey-Blue/gtk-2.0/gtkrc"

style "user-font" {
        font_name = "Lucida Grande 10"
}

widget_class "*" style "user-font"

gtk-font-name="Lucida Grande 10"
gtk-icon-theme-name = "OSX"
gtk-theme-name = "OSX"
include "/home/winwood/.gtkrc.mine"

# -- THEME AUTO-WRITTEN DO NOT EDIT
.gtkrc-2.0 (END)

damn you run pcmanfm and you get this:
http://img79.imageshack.us/my.php?im...pcmanfmyq0.jpg
then the gtkrc-2.0 is screwed up
