Problems connecting to regular gnome.org websites.

Ok, well I've had this problem for a while and I've been trying to fix it but I just don't know what's wrong with my browser. I used to be able to go to art.gnome.org, gnome.org, and gnomes other websites. But just one day mozilla wouldn't allow me to visit these pages. I always get this error:

The connection was refused when attempting to contact art.gnome.org

I can connect to these sites just fine when I am on windows using IE, but just not when I'm using Redhat.

If you know what my problem is please let me know.
