Problem with Pioneer DVD RW DVR 112 D Burner
 

I found this website last night so hopefully I can get assistance.

I have been using my CD Burner for months Pioneer DVD RW DVR 112 D Burner for months (its about 12 months old) with no issues. For no reason it has stopped burning - I did download a new upgraded Nortons Anti Virus about the same time but tis is probably a coincidence. To make matters worse I am not really a computer oriented person (I'm a old guy!!)so a lot of the jargon I read means nothing to me. Has anyone got any suggestions? Any assistance would be really appreciated . Thanks.

Hi Greid, Welcome to lq. A few questions first, when you say "stopped burning" what exactly do you mean? What errors, if any, are you receiving? What program/software are you trying to burn with? Have you changed media? Any other specific information that could be useful will help.
