Problem with online audio players-No sound

Hi,

Currently iam using a RHEL 5 system. I installed realplayer 10 rpm on the system and went ahead to listen audios on websites. But as far as I could see, I couldn't hear any sound. This is same in case of videos.FOr example i can see a picture in youtube but no sound. This scenario is in firefox and Konqueror.

Initially I thought the sound card is having problems, but I observed that I can hear the songs present on my computer.

Does anyone have any fixes for this problem

I have the same problem with RHEL4.
Please someone Help me fix this!
