Problem with gnome
I get this error message whenever I start up
Could not look up internet address for x1-6-00-04-5a-63-10-c9.
This will prevent GNOME from operating correctly.
It may be possible to correct the problem by adding
x1-6-00-04-5a-63-10-c9 to the file /etc/hosts.
It dosn't happen with KDE. I added the specified data to the file, but when that was there it took forever for linux to start??? weird? And when I removed it it started up normaly, and I'm not talking about when you log into the specified user. It does it on the boot. I don't know if this is a problem many people have had or have, but I re-instaled my os and it still percists, could someone please help me?
