problem with apt-get -f install & Chroot

Hello

I'll be Thankfull if you guide me :
I have a harddisk from ,for example, system 1 ,That debian is installed on it.
I added it on another system (for example system 2) ,and We used ubuntu live cd to boot system 2 .
I want to install some packages on debian ,therefore i used chroot .
Now When i use command "apt-get -f install" it gives me these errors :

Before above error that is commented , it gave me this error:

I fixed the problem with this command :"mount --bind /dev /media/disk/dev".


but now, if i want to do so "mount --bind /boot /media/disk/boot " to fix the problem it gives an error cause of that version of live cd grub files do not match debian files version .

The problem fixed when i mounted boot partition .
