Problem using bitchx


when using bitchx I can download from a xbot (/ctcp botname xdcc send #) works ok but when I try to access a fserver (/ctcp Trigger) it says type /chat to open dcc chat when i do I can see the severs greeting page but can not execute commands dir ls cd etc. If anyone knows were im going wrong please help

try /query botname

that should make it so anything you type will go to the bot, if someone else should msg you, you will have to type /msg nickname or hit tab to msg them. but that should work, let me know if it doesn't

Thanks for the reply I found it in the end it was /query =botname this opens dcc query /query botname opens normal query which wont control fserver the equalls sign makes it work
