Exclamation Problem Upgrade KDE 3.5 -- Error Qt.....

Hi.. all

I try to upgrade my KDE 3.2 to KDE 3.5......
when i run ./configure
they say

checking for Qt... configure: error Qt (>= Qt3.3 and <4.0) (library-qt mt) not found

maybe, the problem is my Qt ---> Qt-3.2.3
and KDE 3.5 needs Qt 3.3.3 or higher

I've download Qt 3.3.5 (tar.gz file) and install it at my Debian
(follow the INSTALL instruction file)

everything is OK....
i can run the QT DESIGNER

But... I still have the same problem....???!!!!
On #dpkg -L | grep qt, they say
libqt3-mt-dev 3.2.3-2

Please.....
Anyone can help me......
