/ Problem

Ok here is whats happening: When I try to go to a sub directory of my site such as www.domain.com/main it won't go. The only way it will work is if I put the / at the end like this: www.domain.com/main/ I'm hoping this is something simple...any help?

Technically, the '/' is supposed to be on the end (to instruct the web server that it's a directory you want, not a file).

What web server are you using? How are you accessing the site (from the local machine or somewhere else)?

I am using Apache and I am accessing the site from somewhere else. I was thinking thay maybe there is an option or a script where whenever you type in something like www.domain.com/main it will automatically add the trailing slash as most sites do that.

Code:
UseCanonicalName off
Put that in your server-wide configuration file.

Ok, I did that but it still isn't working. Maybe it has to do with Reverse DNS?

Did you restart the server so it rereads the changes you made in your configuration file?
