printing "certificates"

How would I go about finding a way, 'templates"? to make certificates such as maybe a certificate of appreciation?
Have searched here and on google. on google I have found templates for microshaft office, but really not much for open office. What I was really after is some of them fancy designs similar to stocks or diplomas with the main title on a curved plane. Thanks John
