Unhappy Postfix with Quirrelmail

I 'm using Mandrake 8.2 linux with postfix as email. It seems working fine with POP3 and SMTP. However, I cannot use Quirrelmail 1.2.10 as webmail service. It show the
../data/default_prof cannot find or cannot read when i try to login as a general user. And it show incorrect username or password when i try to login as root.
Does anyone know that problem ? Please help ...
