Postfix (very easy - i think)


We have postfix setup and it is nearly working.... when we send a email to
it the message bounces and the sender receives this error.... cannot append message to destination file
/var/spool/virtual/ cannot open file: Permission denied

im sure this is something and nothing- anyone help?

What user is postfix running as?
Does that user have permission to write to that file?
