Ports to Block

Hi there everyone.. ive started a new job and one of my first tasks is to stop the workers here abusing Yahoo, MSN and ICQ (im not going to be the most popular guy in the office im sure haha)

I have been looking up Port numbers on the net but it seems that most of the chat programs these days will search through and find available ports....

this is what I have so far.. if anyone objects or doesnt agree please say.. or if anyone has any other ideas

is there an easier way?

MSN: 1863
Yahoo IM: 5000, 5001, 5050, 5100, 11999 (games)
AOL: 5190-3
IRC: 194 (does mIRC connect on 6667?)
ICQ: 4000

the problem I have is that everyone seems to vary in what ports are used.. makes it hard to tell the boss ive got them all if people are still chatting hahaha

block all ports and then enable what you need.
