Ports aren't opened on additional interfaces

I have dedicated server with 4 dedicated IP addresses, after OS reinstallation and manual adding additional IP's in my CentOS: ifcfg-eth0, ifcfg-eth0:0, ifcfg-eth0:1, ifcfg-eth0:2 all the network programs binds only on ifcfg-eth0 interface.

Iptables are disabled.
Quote:
DEVICE="eth0"
BOOTPROTO="dhcp"
DNS1="213.133.99.99"
HWADDR="40:61:86:E7:6D:CD"
NM_CONTROLLED="yes"
ONBOOT="yes"
TYPE="Ethernet"
How to make every of this interface react the same way as 4 network cards would react?

I'm not sure I follow you, are you just trying to get the server to listen on the other IP addresses as well? You say the applications are binding to eth0, thats an application configuraton not a network configuration issue.

I am not sure if you want apps to listen on different NICs or just want to team the NICs. If you want to team them and are just having a slip in memory of the term check out these articles http://www.cyberciti.biz/tips/tag/linux-nic-teaming.
