Hey i wanted to know if there was a file sharing program included in mandrake 9.0? like kazaa or winmx ? can some one answer plz lol

No but the sharing of copyrighted files is.

You can download and use kazaa in Linux. There is no winmx or whatever but there are tons of apps in Linux for p2p networks. Try searching www.sourceforge.net or this site, its actually asked quite often.

Mannyakatheman, please post in suitable forums (i have now moved this to Linux - General) and please please try to start using useful thread titles. of all the threads you have started to seek help, not one of them has had a suitable title, why didn't you call this somethign like "file sharing for mandrake 9"?
