Talking .plan file


Can anyone suggest a program that will update the .plan file automatically?
P.S.I don't like crontabs...

Well, if you don't like cron, try at.
Or
.bashrc
( I have a line in .zshrc which says echo "last login to `hostname` at `date` > .plan )

I have found a program named masterplan from web.Although I can see that the .plan file updates everytime I read it through an editor or 'cat' but while fingering myself it says that there is no plan..Can anybody help me.........
