Ha! That's a pretty tall order. But, as I recall, Oracle has some documents on their website that tell you adjustments you have to make in kernel parameters and how they want file systems configured (or not - raw). You probably need your Oracle customer login to get to it. I don't have one anymore, so I can't get there now. They had tuning sheets for Linux, Solaris, etc.
On the other hand doing a google search for "oracle tuning linux" turns up a few people who have put together their own guides, such as
