PCMCIA BOOTDISK problem

I want to install Linux RH8.0 in my notebook.

I made two pices of floppy bootdisks.

One is for boot by
#dd if=pcmcia.img of=/dev/fd0

the other is for my pcmcia driver by
#dd if=pcmciadd.img of=/dev/fd0

I can succeed to boot my notebook.
My problem is that my pcmcia-card can't be driven.

How to slove the problem?????

p.s my pcmcia card is Cisco aironet 350
my laptop is IBM R30
