Ok, Im running SuSE 7.3 on a Compaq 4330. Linux is installed on a 5400 rpm 12.0 gb hard drive and win 98 on a 7200 rpm 40 gb drive. The windows partition on the 12 gb drive is set at 4gb right now with Linux taking up the rest. The Main linux partition is set at 6gb right now, with about half of that still unused. Is this a good size for the partition, or should I expand it some and shrink the windows partition some more. The windows side is for back up only and has most of it free on that side? If I make the linux partition larger, would I speed linux up any? Thanks for any info.
