OS X menu bar in KDE

How can I get a menu bar like OS X's. I saw a picture of a theme some guy did. Here is a picture of it.

If you're talking about the fancy transparent bar at the bottom, that is the SuperKaramba program. The one at the top comes with KDE.

How do I access it within KDE if that OS X-like menu bar comes with it?

The guy simply configured his regular panel to appear at the top (right-click it). Then he set it to have a cool backround.
The bottom panel is something completely different, and you will need to download SuperKaramba to get something like it. He appears to be using the TuxBar theme for SuperKaramba ( www.kde-look.org )

I got SuperKaramba, but how do I add items to the menu?

Nevermind, I figured that out, but how do I get rid of the black block border around it?

For the TuxBar theme, you will have to edit the theme files by hand.

How do you get rid of the initial black border around it?

Black border? What does it look like (ie a picture if possible).

Nevermind, it went away. Thanks for your help though

just wondering, if you're still reading this, how you fixed the black border problem?
