OS theme and Keyboard Shortcuts.

I have 2 questions that I need answered.

#1. Ok right now I have my theme set up as Unix and would like to know how to change it. I would like to try the other themes. Although I have used Red Hat 7.3 I'm still not quite familiar with it.

#2. I would like to set up a couple keyboard shortcuts, I just want to be able to change my sound level by using keybboard shortcuts.

Any help is really appreaciated. Thanks.

Nevermind about the themes, I just figured it out. I still need to have the shortcuts.
