is there a compatibility of the Oracle 9i version with the Redhat AS 4 “update 3”?

yes oracle 9i is compatible with RHEL AS 4.3 .. arr u looking for RPM's for a fresh installation ?

already linux os 4.3 installed on new system, and only want to migrate all data and oracle 9i to the new system.

Since you want to migrate the exisiting oracle database from one server to another server, make sure all the recommended OS patches are applied in the target server.. you can get these details from metalink.oracle.com if you have a valid account.. have the oracle software installed in the target machine.copy all the oracle files..
clone it..
