openSSH?

Ok I have used SSH for a while as a client, but now I need set up on another one of my servers, and I can not find any documentation of how to generate all of the keys, and where they go. I was wondering if anyone knew of some docs that might help. The Man pages are helpful, but they do not have all the info I am looking for.

also, Oreilly has an *Excellent* book on ssh. Great read for anyone serious about learning all you can do with SSH

Part of the installation script generates the keys when you do a compile and install of ssh....

They are usually stored in /etc/ssh/ at least that is where they are on my system.
