openGL on Nvidia Twinview problems...

I run Ubuntu Linux and Twinview on Nvidia geforce 6600. I have no trouble with ordinary applications. Twinview is simply the best But when I start up a game that requires OpenGL, and I try to run it in full screen, the output is placed right smack in the middle, covering both screens. With black areas on both sides of what I see. Playing for example Tux racer with the tux cut in half by the monitor boarders, if you see what I mean. This is pretty confusing. Does someone know what to do with this. How can I direct the output on one of the screens?

Pleas help me.
